About the role In this role, you will assist customers both in person and over the phone, becoming a valued member of a friendly and professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you will possess: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry working with a locksmith, lock manufacturer, supplier, or wholesale distributor is desirable.A good telephone manner demonstrated patience with customers and the ability to understand problems communicated by telephone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions by phone to customers who may have minimal levels of computer literacy.Excellent personal presentation skills – grooming, voice, and confidence.Good communication skills and the patience to listen and understand customer's needs.Competent keyboard and computer skills.Able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest level of customer service.Has demonstrated ability to organise their own time efficiently and is able to work to deadlines and established targets.Recruitment Agencies – thank you for thinking of us, however we do endeavour to fill our opportunities through direct channels wherever possible.
