An exciting opportunity: We are searching for an outgoing and service focussed Internal Sales Representative.
Your primary role will be to provide outstanding service to our customers across the trade counter, over the phone, and via email to keep them coming back.
No previous experience required – on the job training and mentoring provided.
Key responsibilities: Delivering an outstanding customer service experience to customers and stakeholders alike Process customer sales at the trade counter, on the phones, and via email including picking sales orders in a showroom/warehouse environment Sales administration duties including processing sales orders, stock transfers, stock counts, and supplier returns Continually growing your product knowledge through on the job learning A bit about you: You enjoy working in a customer service environment and dealing directly with customers Your excellent communication skills and friendly attitude help you build strong relationships and establish rapport easily with new people You're hands-on and capable of performing in a warehouse-based showroom You enjoy solving unique problems on a regular basis You're looking for a company to build your career You're an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident Why join us?
