Internal Sales

My Client is a leading power transmission manufacturer based in Melbourne. They are currently seeking an Internal Sales Professional to join the team.

Previous experience in a related customer service position or Internal sales position for any technical mechanical product supplier or manufacturer. A mechanical aptitude, trade qualification, engineering, or power transmission background. Proven customer support experience dealing with technical inquiries and solution selling. Experience with CRM systems and practices is a must. Strong organizational skills, excellent listening skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, the ability to work in a team environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Responsible for:


Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Supporting the sales team in generating new leads and opportunities Qualifying and processing inbound leads and requests Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers Preparing and delivering product/service presentations and proposals Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
