$65,000–$75,000 per year + agreed bonus structure
An exciting role for someone wanting rapid development and progression within six months. Through the first six months you will learn Firefly Lighting's products and internal processes. Following these six months you will have ownership to develop your outbound sales pipeline, while also working to nurture existing clients.

About the role: Based in Brisbane and reporting to the National Sales and Development Manager, your role is to manage and grow existing sales channels for Firefly Lighting, with growth to develop new ones. Working with existing Sales team members, you'll manage existing wholesale accounts, grow new ones, and re-engage previous accounts that have gone cold. You should be easily able to communicate with Electricians, Electrical Wholesalers, Architects, Lighting Designers and Building Management personnel.
About you: You have foundational sales knowledge with incredible attention to detail.You're a clear communicator with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.You have drive, resilience and are willing to learn new skills and processes.You're comfortable with technology and demonstrate a little creative flair in your out-of-the-box thinking.You are able to work within a close-knit team and provide support to all members of staff.Your experience: Well-rounded experience in sales and business development.Experience in working in an industry with transferable experience such as Construction, Wholesale, Electrical, Events, B2B, B2C.Proven experience in Sales, including building new business and growing existing relationships.What this job can offer: Flexible working environment as part of a small family-owned business.A collaborative and supportive work environment.A transitionary role with significant growth within the first 12 months.Work with a dynamic team selling and distributing the world's best LED Lighting products.Candidates will be shortlisted mid-January 2025 and interviews for this position will take place in late January 2025.
