We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales & Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team, proactively driving sales for specific products, and supporting production & warehouse in providing exceptional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for helping clients & other team members succeed.

High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow through.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.A desire to continually learn, try new things in the workplace, and challenge yourself.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities.Provide product information, quotes, and support throughout the sales process.Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Daily tasks will include (but are not limited to) the below: Oversee and execute key internal sales process activities, including quote and order processing into ERP, pricing negotiations, contract management, and customer communications.Work closely with other sales team members to identify opportunities for new/repeat business and develop strategies to foster existing customer relationships.Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are adhered to and the highest level of customer service is provided.Foster communication between other team members to ensure cohesion and achievement of KPIs.Work closely with the purchasing officer to monitor incoming shipments to the factory floor.Assist the Production Manager in reporting KPIs.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Proven experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related field.Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to be proactive in outbound calls.Ability to interpret technical drawings (desirable).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail (accuracy is essential).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software, ERP Systems (Syspro ERP desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite.How to Apply: If you are a driven and customer-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
