About The Company/roleOur client, a leading temperature instrumentation manufacturer, are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team based in the Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane.In this full time permanent position, you will provide sales support to all customers, including providing quotations and technical support, and managing existing accounts.This is the perfect opportunity for an outgoing, driven individual, with a background in internal sales and electrical engineering, looking to gain valuable customer engagement and account management experience!Responsibilities IncludeAnswer all inbound sales calls and qualify all calls to identify larger sales opportunities.Provide quotations and follow up all quotations made by internal sales to increase sales conversion rates.Process all customer purchase orders into Jim2.Dispatch account applications as required for customers wanting to open new trading accounts.Complete Credit Request forms for returned goods.Ensure all new accounts are established with credit applications fully completed and goods are not released until the account is approved.Ensure non-conformance/corrective action reports are filled in for complaints or non-confirming products.Report all complaints to your supervisor in accordance with the complaint handling formats.Attend sales meetings and other meetings as required. These meetings are not restricted to business hours.Skills & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience in technical sales support & quotationsCompetent computer skills in Word and ExcelExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAn understanding of industrial measurement systems and process controlApply!If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
