We are looking for an Internal Sales/Customer Service representative to join our team. The expected start date of this position will be as soon as possible.

Job Summary:
The Internal Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Remtron's customers. This role will involve understanding the needs and requirements of Remtron's customers externally and internally, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Remtron's customers locally and Australia wide. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers (e.g., departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Finance). Act as the primary point of internal contact for customer inquiries and requests. Understand the unique needs and goals of each of Remtron's customers. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Gather feedback from internal customers to improve service delivery. Assist the sales team with developing and implementing sales strategies. Prepare and present Sales Quotes and Orders. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Remtron is a technical business and will support your training growth. Administrative Duties: Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Process orders and handle related documentation. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Quote follow-ups via phone. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications:
A can-do happy and vibrant attitude with a willingness to learn is essential. Experience in a sales or customer service role would be ideal but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the electrical industry or an interest in electrical would be highly regarded. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques. Working Conditions:
