What you'll be doing
Respond to incoming sales enquiries and assist customers with product information and orders Process and coordinate sales orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and communication with customers Maintain accuracy in processing orders Foster strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the hardware or industrial sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service Proficient in using internal software and other sales-related tools Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business What we offer
