Internal Sales Consultant

What you will be responsible for:Processing general phone, email and face-to-face sales enquiriesSourcing new sales opportunities through quote follow-up, outbound warm/cold calls and emailsPreparing sales quotes and ordersProviding suitable solutions to our existing and potential customersDelivering excellent customer serviceMinimum Requirements:Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded)Good communication and time management skills – with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environmentAttention to detailIntermediate computer skillsPlease note that, as health and safety are important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen if you are to be successful.
