Internal Sales Consultant

?My client is a highly reputable and trusted national glass company who design and manufactures their products.
Their products range across Australia for commercial, residential and architectural projects.
They are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and orders related to our national glass company's products.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Location : Boondall Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide order status updates.
Update customer records and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Educate customers about our products, pricing, and promotions.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + super + bonus scheme Monday - Friday ( No weekends) Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role required; experience in the glass, building materials or manufacturing industry is needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
Strong customer service orientation required.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in processes and technology required.
