In this role, you will engage with both inbound and outbound sales functions to qualify prospects and help foster relationships that drive sales growth. You will play a crucial part in our sales process, working closely with prospects to understand their needs and progress them along the pipeline for our project sales consultants to close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities: Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to qualify leads and drive sales outcomes.Conduct outbound calls to quoted customers to promote our products or services and move them along the sales pipeline.Address customer concerns and overcome objections to influence buying decisions through persuasive sales conversations.Collaborate with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for qualified leads.Exceed individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversion.To be Successful for the Role, you must: Be humble, energetic, and courageous.Be a sales professional with a customer-first mindset.Have a background in appointment setting and lead qualification with measured results.Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.Familiarity with industry regulations as well as markets, competitors, and alike.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role.Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification tools.Have the right to work in Australia with permanent Australian residency status.Be able to travel to our office in Kyneton, VIC.A career at Central Steel Build: Work for a successful Australian-owned and operating business that puts its customer first.
