About the Opportunity APS5 Internal Review Officer (Case Manager), approx 12-month contract with a possibility of renewal.
This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance.
The role is based in Geelong or Richmond and some in-office time is required.

About the Team The Reviews Branch serves as the central point of coordination for the agency's handling and resolution of reviews and complaints.
Collaborating with participants, providers, internal staff, and external agencies, the branch focuses on managing and resolving reviews and complaints promptly, as outlined in the agency's Service Charter.
The Reviews Branch employs a streamlined approach to enhance the participant experience during internal reviews and safeguard the agency's reputation.
It supports participants seeking internal reviews, ensuring decisions are made in a timely, consistent, and transparent manner.
Key Responsibilities Working with participants to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests, informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews and the appeals process.
Undertaking evidence-based decision making as prescribed in the Act, rules, Operational Guidelines and agency policies.
Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.
