Working closely with the hiring managers for end to end Internal recruitment for blue and white collar for Australia wide – no more sales!!Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs and pipelines are met.Meeting with the global Human resources team and other management to report on month-end and important issues regarding the TA and HR teams and provide valuable support as a subject matter expert to the business.Sourcing talent across platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and internal systems as well as seeking upskilling roles for internal applicants.Assisting with procedural changes within the recruitment team such as new and improved interview processes.Updating and maintaining the internal systems to ensure all compliance is met as required.About you:
Previous experience in internal recruitment would be a benefit.Experience liaising with key stakeholders of a business including upper management and HR Teams.You will have experience working with SAP, MS Office and other recruitment or CRM systems.Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment with the capacity to meet deadlines.Expertise working end to end recruitment with a wide range of knowledge of blue and white collar roles.Ability to think outside the box and have creative ways to seek talent.What's in it for you?
