The Opportunity Due to continued growth plans across the firm, there is a need for additional support in the Lateral Recruitment team. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Internal Recruitment Manager to drive the attraction and retention of top talent, and effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for recruitment across our fee-earning community, our early talent programs, legal support and business operation functions in a national capacity. You will work closely with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and the wider HR team to facilitate a seamless recruitment process. You will also be heavily involved in helping to deliver the dedicated Recruitment Strategy as our internal recruitment function continues to evolve. 

Key Responsibilities: Preparing engaging adverts and job descriptions to place across various platforms and managing the response; Reviewing CVs, screening candidates and creating shortlists for the Internal Recruitment Manager and hiring managers; Interview scheduling and liaising with hiring managers and our recruitment partners; Using sourcing and searching techniques to proactively approach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK CV database; Collaborating with HR Business Partners in order to ensure that interviews are set up promptly and efficiently, and feedback is collected and relayed; Taking the lead on the recruitment in our early talent space working closely with our HR Business Partners;  Making offers and advising on the offer management process; Assisting with portal set-up including adding agencies, and tracking candidates via the portal throughout processes; and  Ad hoc HR and recruitment projects.  Candidate Profile Ideally 2 years' prior experience as a recruitment coordinator, either in agency or if in-house, from a professional services or law firm environment, Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms, A confident communicator with the ability to engage with a varied employee and stakeholder audience, Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail, Proactive and comfortable taking initiative when faced with new challenges, Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times, Be an effective team player and have strong interpersonal skills including confidence, positivity and the ability to gain credibility, Bring energy and passion to the role!
