Our Branch City Legal is a specialist provider of legal services to Brisbane City Council. An opportunity currently exists for a Senior Solicitor - Planning and Infrastructure, to join our dedicated team.
The Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality, professional legal advice on complex planning and infrastructure matters.
To be successful you will have: Been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and hold a current Practicing Certificate from the Queensland Law Society Extensive knowledge and experience in planning law and infrastructure related matters Demonstrated significant experience in the drafting of complex legal documents including infrastructure agreements Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex legal outcomes to achieve organisational objectives Highly developed communication, organisational and prioritisation skills to manage conflicting deadlines.
