The Role The Greenspace Senior Team Leader coordinates the activities of a medium team to manage and maintain horticultural and landscape installations across the City's High Profile Parks, Gardens, and Malls. This role supports and guides operational employees to ensure that parks maintenance and installations are delivered on time, to specification, and to best industry practices and standards.
You You will have extensive knowledge and experience in horticulture and in the planning, coordination, and management of horticultural teams to deliver maintenance and horticultural displays. For this role, you will require an ACDC Commercial Operators Licence, a Cert III in Horticulture, and an MR class driver's Licence. You will be collaborative, proactive, and innovative to plan, resource, and deliver horticultural works.
