We are recruiting Specialists for our Moorabbin location, including the addition of an Internal Medicine department to support all ongoing services. Internal Medicine Specialist Duties & Responsibilities Routine duties for an internal medicine specialist in private practice include: Perform diagnostic tests and exams.Evaluate scans and tests.Use a variety of specialized medical equipment.Perform surgical procedures.Update patient files.Superviseinternal medicine vet techsorsurgical vet techs.Provide professional consultations at the request of a generalveterinary practitioner.Internal medicine veterinarians are specialists with advanced training in the function, diagnosis, pathology, and treatment of internal body systems.
