We work closely with the specialist surgery and 24-hour emergency and critical care departments. Our priority is to provide outstanding patient care with compassion whilst maintaining exceptional clinical standards.The RoleThe internal medicine head nurse position is an exciting opportunity to extend and advance your nursing career. They would be professional, genuine, and personable, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. It is important that the successful candidate works well with our team and is able to adapt to and problem-solve any challenges that may come their way. While previous referral hospital experience is preferred, previous leadership experience is advantageous but not essential; we will help you develop your leadership skills.
