This is a permanent full-time position. Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:Working with the company's business systems to manage incoming and outgoing products.Prepare and process delivery notes, and other shipping documentation.Hire managementWorking with the Internal Sales Team on managing all items that are out on hire.Ensure all Hires to customers are returned and assessed prior to returning to inventory.Track the movement of hire items and manage the process of returns and servicing.Receipt and Dispatch:Receive, inspect, and record incoming safety products, portable gas detection units, breathing apparatus, and other items including safety harnesses from both customers and from directly for our onsite teams.Prepare and package products for dispatch to clients, ensuring accurate labelling and documentation.Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of items sent to third-party service providers.Work with approved couriers.Forklift Operations:Safely operate a forklift to handle the movement of goods within the warehouse.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while using equipment.Equipment Inspections:Visually inspect height safety equipment for service maintenance Key Skills and Qualifications: Forklift License (not mandatory will provide training course for the right applicant).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Experience working with business systems including MYOB.Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills for liaising with customers, third-party providers, and internal teams.Prior experience in a similar role handling safety equipment or technical products is an advantage.Work Environment: Warehouse and office-based work, involving both manual handling and administrative tasks.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
