We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) Team Leader who wants to shape the way we manage complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid working model.

So, what's the job? You'll lead a team of IDR Officers to empower them to handle complaints effectively and professionally.You'll drive continuous improvement across complaint handling and within the wider team.You'll ensure compliance with ASIC regulations and the General Insurance Code of Practice will be a priority.You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.And what are we looking for? You'll have a proven background in complaint/dispute management (ideally within insurance or financial services).You'll have strong demonstrated experience in leading and coaching teams.You'll have demonstrated ability in understanding Australian legislation and industry best practice regarding complaints management.You'll have a background in customer service, with the drive to deliver a positive customer experience.So, why choose us?
