A natural leader and mentor, you guide teams through change initiatives, fostering engagement and supporting smooth transitions throughout transformation projects A bit about the Job: Through a strong engagement focus, you'll foster a performance-driven culture within the team, setting clear expectations and driving results Building and nurturing a team of IDR Officers, you'll provide coaching and support to empower them to handle complaints effectively and professionally.
Compliance with ASIC regulations and the General Insurance Code of Practice will be a priority, as you collaborate with internal departments to uphold these standards.
Keeping the customer experience at the forefront, you'll drive a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring every complaint is managed with care and respect.
