Working with colleagues across the university, you'll be responsible for helping enhance the way staff communicate, connect, and engage with one another to advance the vision, mission, and goals of the university. In particular, you will help communicate the services that Corporate Services provides and tell our story consistently to the wider university community. There will be a focus on providing user impact communications related to major university initiatives. More specifically, the role entails:Coordinating the weekly staff bulletin.Supporting the effective use of an enterprise social network at ACU.Producing content for internal channels.Contributing to internal communication plans.Building staff capability in effective internal communication and engagement.What we offer:The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation, and involvement.Total remuneration valued to $106,366 – $114,254 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 – $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.As an ACU staff member, you will have access to generous benefits which include but are not limited to: flexible work, study leave, a variety of leave provisions, and salary packaging.How to Apply: Step 1: Review the Position Description and become familiar with it.
