Your opportunity:
The focus of this role is the strategic planning and delivery of company-wide and functionally led communications to inspire and connect our people with the TPG Telecom purpose, ambition, strategy values and spirit.
Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, this role works closely with senior leaders across the business, members of the internal and external communications team and broader People Experience team.
Responsibilities:
Engage and communicate constructively and positively with the business.
Consult with various business areas and senior business leaders.
Build strong and transparent relationships with key stakeholders to enable consultation on all communications initiatives which will support the requirements of the business and customers.
Identify, raise and seek solutions to any potential roadblocks.
Strategic comms planning and delivery with executives and senior functional leaders connecting company-wide ambitions with functional strategy and delivery.
Lead internal communications on large, complex initiatives, and change programs.
Identify opportunities to build, deliver and connect functional narratives and stories that deliver on TPG Telecom's strategic direction.
Create inspiring and engaging content with a focus on simple's better.
Create and manage video briefs through to completion with the Digital Content Producer.
Partner with the external communications team on significant announcements and internal messaging reacting to external media issues.
What you'll bring:
Experience in corporate communications.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong and confident written skills demonstrated in a corporate environment.
Ability to understand a company-level ambition and strategy and translate into company-level communications.
Experience developing and delivering strategic and well-planned integrated communication programs.
Ability to translate information into engaging messages and storytelling, with creative flair.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and to work autonomously and as part of a team.
