You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?Reporting to the Digital Head of Change and Communications, you will shape and deliver communications activities for a portfolio of internally facing Generative AI products and play a role in communicating digital strategy and new ways of working across Macquarie Group.This role will see you partner with Leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute internal communications strategies and enable the Macquarie Change and Communication network. You will organise and host AI and Digital events, lining up and preparing speakers and developing event content in collaboration with SMEs.You will proactively explore communication channels, communities and programs available across Macquarie that can be leveraged to promote AI opportunities and create high-quality, engaging content, including case studies, internal social content, SharePoint pages, presentations and videos – ensuring there are strong feedback mechanisms in place so communications can be measured to demonstrate impact.This position offers the chance to experiment with creative methods of engagement and to be at the forefront of driving transformative change across the organisation.What you offerDegree in Communications, Journalism, Project/Change Management, or business-related discipline3-5+ years' experience developing and delivering communication plans in fast moving agile environments with a proven track record of deliveryStrong customer focus and ability to proactively understand the needs of diverse stakeholder groups to inform measurable communication approaches.Adept at creating engaging communications materials and resources at pace across multiple formats and channels.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us; if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About Corporate Operations GroupIn our Corporate Operations Group, you will work at the heart of Macquarie.
