Take ownership of Member & Advice's communication strategy during an exciting period of transformation. As our Internal Communications Lead, you'll partner with the leadership team to tell our story, drive engagement, and shape how we connect with our people.
Help drive the strategic narrative of M&A's transformation journey Career-defining opportunity to shape communications with a leading industry fund Blend strategic thinking with practical execution to create real impact The Opportunity This dynamic part-time role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution at the heart of Member & Advice's transformation journey. You'll partner with our leadership team to develop and deliver the M&A communications approach, managing everything from daily updates to long-term strategic messaging.
Working closely with the M&A leadership team and Strategy Delivery team, you'll craft our 3-year roadmap while ensuring smooth day-to-day communications flow. You'll create templates, write content, coordinate and manage communications channels and communications logistics, all while maintaining strategic alignment across the business unit.
As the dedicated communications expert for M&A, you'll build trust through authentic relationships and deliver compelling narratives that connect our work to exceptional member outcomes.
As a UniSuper communications champion, you'll focus on:
Owning and evolving the M&A communications strategy Creating engaging content that brings our transformation story to life Planning and delivering regular M&A communications and engagement plans as well as providing regular executive updates Building and maintaining effective communication channels Measuring and optimising communication effectiveness Coaching leaders and teams to enhance their communication capabilities About You This is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive on combining strategic thinking with practical execution.
