More About the Role at Domain - **Create:** Assist with internal communications content, including supporting video production, drafting digital assets, newsletters, and articles, and contributing to presentations and website updates. - **Analysis:** Help gather and organise data for monthly reports on internal communications metrics, working with team members to analyze and discuss findings. - **Ideate:** Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and suggest ideas for internal initiatives that promote employee engagement and education on key themes. - **Coordinate:** Lead coordination with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration in activities and projects. **Skills:** - Organised and reliable, able to manage deadlines and tasks with guidance. - Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Comfortable engaging with team members and stakeholders at various levels. - Strong written communication skills, able to help draft articles and content. - Basic experience or interest in video editing and design (e.g., Canva) is a plus; training can be provided. - Creative, curious mindset with an enthusiasm for storytelling.
