We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as the Internal Communications and Lead. In this role, you will execute internal communication strategies that align with GOTAFE's strategic objectives, culture, and values. You will ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization, support change management activities, and lead small projects that enhance employee engagement. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will maintain effective communication channels and foster a strong internal community that supports organizational goals.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective internal communication strategies.Understanding of change management principles.Exceptional writing and editing skills.Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Well-developed project management skills, including the ability to lead small projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.A relevant tertiary qualification.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
