Operating across metropolitan, regional, and international offices, they have built a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters work and life balance Job Description Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Adviser, the responsibilities of the position include:- Writing, editing, and producing high-quality web-based content- Providing editorial support for the development and implementation of communications strategies and plans- Delivering high-quality in-person and web-based events on time and budget- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective communication messages that are engaging, relevant, innovative, and responsive to the needs of diverse groups The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be an experienced communications professional with exceptional writing and event coordination skills.
Essential Criteria:- Demonstrated ability to successfully research and write engaging and compelling communications for internal audiences- Ability to provide strategic advice and support to stakeholders while building and maintaining solid relationships with team members across all levels- Experience using a Content Management System to create, manage and update intranet content, including metrics reporting and analysis to inform potential opportunities and communications needs- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills- Ability to complete tasks on time, managing conflicting priorities What's on Offer- Immediate start - A strong focus on collaboration and teamwork- An inclusive and diverse workplace- Flexibility- Competitive salary no -- Principals only.
