About The Role Join our dynamic team as the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager, a pivotal role within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of OD&C, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver on our internal communications and employee engagement strategies.
You will lead the improvement and development of a range of communication channels and create moments that matter at Grill'd to align people to our purpose and organisational strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in organizing regular events that encourage two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members, ensuring open communication and feedback across the business.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and manage the content plan for internal communication to support the Grill'd strategy.Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders.Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels.Plan, execute, and manage the Grill'd employee engagement program.Organise and lead regular events that foster two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members.Manage leadership engagement activities to connect employees to our leaders.Design and deliver workshops to build capability in communication and enable our leaders to run engagement action workshops.What We Are Looking For A true passion for communications, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging narratives.Previous experience in internal communications, preferably gained in a medium to large-sized organisation with a dispersed population.Proven experience working in a multi-site company, understanding the complexities and dynamics of communicating across different locations.A deep understanding of the employee experience, with a focus on engagement and culture.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence and ability to influence senior leaders and drive impactful communication strategies.A commitment to encompassing our core values of passion, ownership, and trust in every aspect of your work.In-depth knowledge of the internal communications industry, including trends, tools, and techniques driving improved engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Expertise in workshop and event design.Ability to cultivate professional relationships at all levels, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.Join us on this exciting journey, where your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the experience of our team members.
