Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.About the roleThe Employee Communications Executive is responsible for the execution and delivery of employee communication support, content development and campaigns across CPA's internal (employee) audience. The role provides guidance and solutions supporting the Employee Communications team to deliver a consistent employee communications experience engaging with CPA's managers and employees, building and maintaining networks.Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):Managing employee communications mailboxes & feedback channelsScheduling Employee Comms led activities prioritising strategic programs of work to build employees' understanding of, and engagement with, company strategy and narrativeExecuting biweekly internal employee bulletin to ensure correct tone, breadth of compelling content, and timely deliveryWriting and editing compelling content for CPA communications channelsSupporting the coordination and execution of strategic communicationsCoordinating monthly reporting on content and channelsAbout you:Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, coupled with excellent attention to detailStrong ability to communicate and influence a range of stakeholders and cross functional teamsExcel at collaboration, listening, and self-management, setting priorities effectivelyHigh level of problem solving skills and creative thinkingStrong capabilities in creating, editing, and publishing content across various formatsDemonstrated ability to produce content that drives engagement and reachWorking for CPA offers you exceptional remuneration & benefits:Access to a tax-free meal, entertainment & venue benefit card valued at $2,650 per yearFlexible ways of working - compressed hours, working from home options, flexibility surrounding hours12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave2 additional leave days each year$100 per year well-being allowance that you can use to enhance your wellbeing (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class, the choice is yours)Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness PassportEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be generously rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.Important information
