You will be part of a high perforing team in the People & Change function, delivering to the Internal Communications Strategy and activities. This will include working together with teams and SMEs to coordinate, capture, craft and innovate communication content, channels and reporting to inform and engage our people. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, developing, reviewing, and publishing communication content and coordinate communication forums for Sunwater's internal communication channels Implementing a digital communications platform in line with the internal communications strategy and to meet Sunwater's needs Partnering collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to research, prepare and develop appropriate content for internal communications Providing advice to Sunwater staff relating to intranet content development Conducting internal communications audits for each communication channel Partnering with Change Managers to actively manage communication project timeframes and workloads Contributing to and delivering on the internal communication strategy for Sunwater  Please note that due to the nature of this role, there may be the possibility of ad hoc travel to Sunwater regional offices. About you Sunwater is looking for someone with experience in a similar role with a solid portfolio of demonstrated work. Furthermore, you will hold tertiary qualifications in journalism, writing, marketing, or related discipline with the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate: Experience contributing to communication strategies. Ability to engage with experts across different functions of an organisation. Experience utilising highly developed organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
