About the Role As the Internal Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for building strategies and executing communication plans on topics ranging from corporate strategy & business priorities, sustainability, culture & values, leadership, change initiatives and the customer/employee value proposition. You will leverage appropriate channels and mediums to have impact internally and with targeted external communications to raise the profile of Workwear Group.
This role will be an initial 12-month contract position.
What you'll be doing Develop and lead the WWG corporate communication and engagement framework to connect targeted audiences with Workwear Group's value propositions, including our customer offering, key business priorities, project initiatives and our employee value proposition. Improve the effectiveness of WWG's change management efforts via development of targeted communication plans, production of content and associated collateral in consultation with change leads. Determine metrics for and track effectiveness of communication campaigns and seek continuous improvement. Collaborate with other members of the Marketing and Communications team and external 3rd parties as needed to oversee and ensure the execution of all required deliverables (i.e. Content, Designers, Digital etc.). Partnering with the People team to support attraction and retention strategies, innovating our internal brand with a clear nod to our vision, culture & values. Experience with change communication. Experience managing diverse stakeholders in a medium to large organisation with an ability to adapt and strongly articulate and present strategic plans. Proficient at copywriting, editing and proofing. Experience working with agencies, graphic designers etc. Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals.
