Responsibilities:Action and follow up service sales programs which will be developed by the National Service Sales Manager in order to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.Develop, implement, track and report on service sales revenue programs to maximize revenue and potential in market segment.Assist BDMs with local ad hoc tasks such as invoice collections, asset list consolidation, and follow up with outstanding customer POs.Exploit all opportunities for market development within Vertiv's Service portfolio by collaborating and developing Vertiv's service value proposition with Services Sales BDMs and the broader Sales teams.Work closely with the National Service Sales Manager to identify Service Sales opportunities, produce offerings, and initiate activity to increase Service revenue and ensure follow ups for such activities.Identify, evaluate and acquire new business from clients with existing installed equipment not under a maintenance contract that relates to Vertiv's assets.Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers and provide feedback on customer service issues and opportunities.Assist BDMs with providing written agreements and quotations to clients and prospects for services.Work with the National Service Sales Manager to drive growth strategies and market expansion.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or related field.3-5 years' experience in service sales.Strong commercial acumen.Sales experience in service sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
