Internal Bookkeeper / Ar Officer - Fresh Food Services & Flower Industry

Well established flower wholesaler with comprehensive network of growers and suppliers sourced locally and overseas is expanding into fresh food services. 
The business is looking for a self motivated, results driven person to join their team.
The wholesaler is looking for a full time Bookkeeper with extensive experience to run the day-to-day bookkeeping and in house accounting function of this fast paced, growing business.
The dynamic, passionate and organised candidate will be based on a full time basis in Footscray, Victoria.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Bookkeeper with experience in Accounts Receivable.
Essential Computer / IT Skills Business Applications used – Xero / AccountRight, Shopify, Square, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc;Duties / Responsibilities Data entry including processing and management of Accounts Receivable including collections;Attend to all necessary bookkeeping functions and reconciliations including Banking, Receivables, Payables, Payroll etc;End of month reconciliations and reporting;Apply technical, organisational and communication skills to complete tasks on time;Report to the Director on a daily basis and work closely with the external accountants and internal bookkeeper to accurately complete tasks;
