As a Manager in our Internal Audit team your impact will be seen by:
Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding the organisations systems, objectives, risks, control frameworks and regulatory environments
Creating and performing test plans and producing draft reports detailing results and observations
Leading teams to develop internal audit and risk management strategies and methodologies for our clients
Coach and mentor colleagues and build internal relationships
Lead clients through the development and execution of internal audit assurance activities
About you
You have a background in financial services Internal Audit and are skilled in developing internal audit and risk management strategies and team leadership and hold an understanding of technical skills in controls, risk and business process reviews.You're passionate about leadership and mentorship. The Manager will help team members grow and develop their Internal Audit skills.
You're passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Trust and Risk team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
