We have an exciting opportunity within our dynamic and busy Internal Audit team. This role will ensure the provision of high-quality risk-based internal audit for their allocated portfolio of Crown's business, as well as developing and leading the Perth based team to ensure Internal Audit achieves its purpose.
This includes the need to:
Develop and deliver an internal audit plan that targets the key risks and activities that matter most to Crown Provide input and recommendations on the development of the Internal Audit Strategy Prepare accurate, clear, and relevant reporting for management and Executive Committees Ensure Internal Audit uses leading audit practices, including the effective use of data analytics Work collaboratively with the first and second line to strengthen the control environment Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to understand Crown's strategic and business objectives, as well current and emerging risks Influence the business to continuously improve and provide insights and value to the business About you Minimum 7+ years post graduate experience in a similar role or via top tier Chartered Accounting firm Must have experience managing teams of at least 3 people Must have experience working with businesses in a highly regulated environment Experience or understanding of gaming, entertainment, retail and / or hotel operations highly desired but not essential Completion of CA, CPA, IIA or equivalent qualification Extensive knowledge of audit principles and internal audit methods and techniques Strong report writing capability Proactive, energetic and hardworking with a passion for internal audit as a business enabler Additional Information What you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
