Join Nutrien Ag Solutions – the leading agribusinessDocklands, VIC locationHybrid working arrangements12-month Fixed-Term Contract with potential to extend for right candidate About the opportunity:Reporting to the Senior Manager – Internal Audit and you will support Nutrien Ag Solutions' continued focus on effective management of risks and opportunities.
Providing support for IA team members for Internal Audits, you will undertake fieldwork for audits/reviews to provide assurance over key business processes, risks and controls that will assist the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
You will provide practical and commercial recommendations and information to allow a greater understanding of options to address root causes of weaknesses in control adequacy or effectiveness over key areas of risk.
You will also be required to conduct integrated control reviews and identify and promote best practice throughout our organisation, aligned with our global standards.
Maintaining an awareness of industry trends and best practice and contributing to our focus on innovation and continuous improvement will also form part of this rewarding role.
About You:To be considered for this opportunity, your experience will include:Passionate about Agribusiness/ Retail sector with business or corporate experience and exposure to Internal Audit.
Ideally with strong understanding of the COSO Integrated Framework for Internal ControlsSuccessful candidates must be pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Systems, with coursework in accounting, data analytics, economics, computer programming or other financial centric curriculumDemonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to network both internally and externally with proven stakeholder management skills across all levelsStrong academic aptitude and well-developed analytical problem-solving skillsThis is not a standard audit and risk management role.
