*Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023For our Milan Headquarters, we are looking for an Internal Audit Analyst.Responsibilities:The selected candidate, joining the Group's Internal Audit Department, will be involved in assurance and advisory activities within audit projects aimed at assessing the adequacy of the Group's Internal Control and Risk Management System.In particular, the candidate, working closely with various business functions and alongside other members of the Audit Team and the responsible Manager, will have the opportunity to participate in the following main activities:Supporting the team in the execution of audit projects included in the annual plan and in ad hoc projects requested to be carried out at the Headquarters, Contracts, and Group Companies;Supporting the verification of the operational effectiveness of key controls in administrative and accounting processes in compliance with the requirements of Law 262/05 (Financial Reporting) and assisting in the verification of key controls on sustainability reporting (Non-Financial Reporting);Formalizing the analyses conducted during audits, preparing the related reports to highlight findings and recommendations;Assisting in the review and analysis of follow-up results regarding corrective actions agreed with the process owners subject to audit;Interacting with the external audit firm and the board of statutory auditors in audit activities related to accounting matters.Requirements:Master's degree in economics, with a focus on administrative/accounting fields;A maximum of 1-2 years of experience in the Audit function within auditing/consulting firms or in a similar role in listed industrial companies; experience in a Big Four firm is considered a plus;Knowledge of issues related to Law 262/05;Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office packages;Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an asset.Other Skills:Teamwork skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to meet assigned deadlines;Strong analytical and summarization skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;Proactivity and professional interest in the corporate environment and the processes that define it;Availability to travel (domestic/international).Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
