UTS is looking for appropriate candidates for Intern, Procurement. As the Intern, Procurement, the position holder is responsible for the management of the daily procurement activities in the School from the request to the delivery of goods, works, and services in a continuous improvement manner. A.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team;Managing teaching aids and following up with the suppliers;Collecting and managing data on the system;Brainstorming initiatives, providing support and enhancements to existing school facilities;Cross-functional support (i.e.
School events);Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.B.
