Assess new generator and load connection models, reactive power plants and control systems.
Interpret and justify simulation outcomes, draw conclusions, and provide robust recommendations on technical performance requirements.
Work closely with connection applicants to progress commissioning activities, including reviewing commissioning plans, participating in commissioning tests as required, and assessing commissioning results.
Develop, maintain, and improve AEMO's analysis/reporting methods and tools to meet business requirements and increase the efficiency of team operations.
Present to industry on key challenges for the integration of renewable projects, the connections process and how it works, and commercial arrangements.
