Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
Support Asset Level Reporting: Gather data and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations at the forest asset level, contributing to governance and investor reporting.Contribute to Modelling and Analysis: Assist in developing and updating forest estate and fund models for reviewing current investments as well as evaluating potential acquisitions or divestitures.Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis related to forest markets and asset management.Qualifications, Experience, and StrengthsWe are looking for candidates with:
High levels of initiative, curiosity, and the ability to problem-solve.Experience in the field of forestry or agriculture (highly desirable, but not required).Relevant undergraduate qualifications.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (particularly financial modelling).Strong time management and organizational skills.Good analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time.Ability to build strong relationships and work within a team environment.Ability to think outside the box, contribute to debate, and communicate ideas and suggestions effectively.How to ApplyWe pride ourselves on having a supportive New Forests culture that is inclusive to all and we would love to learn how you can bring your unique skills and experience to our business.
