DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client valueManage complete tax compliance for diverse clientsInitiate client communication to foster strong relationshipsAnalyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparationCreate financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goalsIdentify avenues for enhancing client business growth EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 2-3 years in professional practice as an AccountantCA/CPA/IPA qualified or actively pursuing qualificationFamiliarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidanceSkilled in managing client portfoliosAbility to mentor junior/intermediate staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of working independently and collaboratively within a teamHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailProficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, and Microsoft OfficeEnthusiastic about developing a fulfilling careerPassionate about supporting clients in business growth THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Joins a dynamic organisation with a vibrant cultureParticipates in regular in-office hours team-building and social activitiesEnjoys role autonomy with varied responsibilitiesPlays a key role in company growth Please note: This job is based in Australia; therefore, only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
