You will have the opportunity to work with a unique and interesting portfolio of clients from a range of backgrounds including clients with turnovers up to $100mil in size.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax planning for clients, apply complex tax compliance procedures for clients across various industries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on accounting and taxation matters.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA or CA qualification (or progress towards qualification) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
