Intermediate/Senior Auditor - External

The Firm:

My client is a highly respected and well established public practice firm based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, specialising in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tax, Audit, Superannuation, and Business Advisory.

Due to growth, they are now seeking a career focused Intermediate/Senior Auditor - External to join their team to provide top quality external audit services to their clients.

The successful candidate will have access to a variety of audits working across a diverse range of clients and will have direct access to the Partners and Managers within their dynamic team.

Your responsibilities include: Conducting audit engagements with large private and listed companies.
Assist with planning, execution and scheduling staff.
Address technical issues and assist in preparing position papers.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with AASB and IFRS.
Management and mentoring of team members.
Liaise with clients by telephone and face to face in the future.
About You 3+ years experience in external audit
Fully qualified CA/CPA or nearing completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Strong attention to detail
