You will have already had exposure within an accountancy practice, ideally 2+ years, be degree qualified, and have aspirations of a long-term career within the accountancy practice arena.
The Senior will need to possess at least 4+ years of experience and have the ability to assist in mentoring the more junior members of the team.
Alongside your first-class verbal and written communication, you will have the drive and enthusiasm to see you climb the ranks.
