We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate/Senior Accountant within our team.
Our talented team is based in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, and Brisbane delivering exceptional service to our clients across Accounting, Superannuation, Bookkeeping, Business Advisory, Leasing & Finance, ESG, and Financial Planning services.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.Assistance in preparation of, but not limited to, budgets, cashflow forecasts, dashboard analytics, due diligence reports, business plans, and one-page plans.Ability to identify advisory opportunities in existing and potential clients.Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and other team members to assist clients in meeting their goals.Ability to self-manage time allocation, meeting deadlines, and client expectations.Ability to research and apply CGT Small Business Concessions.Ability to review and assist clients with state-based duties and taxes, including payroll tax and land tax.Completion of intermediate to complex Financial Statements and Tax Returns across all entity types.Maintain a high level of accuracy with the ability to focus on improving client financial position, structures, and tax minimization strategies.Uphold and maintain quality assurance reviews and processes of Power Tynan and the work performed.What you'll need to succeed: 1-5 years of post-degree experience within the accounting public practice industry.CPA or CA qualified or currently working towards one of them.Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience using Xero, MYOB, and APS would be an advantage).High level knowledge and understanding of Taxation Legislation.Drive to help our clients succeed and meet their goals.Exceptional time management and communication skills.Are you ready to join a positive work environment where you can develop your career and be the best you can be?
