Atom Resources have partnered with a??n established national builder with a strong presence across multiple states, specializing in commercial and industrial projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million. With over 15 years in the local market and a strong reputation for delivering quality projects, the company has an established office in Brisbane and is known for its dependable, client-focused approach. Due to winning a few tenders, they are now looking for an experience Contracts Administrator to join their team. 


Your New Role

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll handle contract preparation, administration, and compliance across commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:


Managing subcontracts, cost control, and progress claims. Coordinating with project managers and site teams to keep projects on track. Handling variations, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality standards. Experience on projects valued at $20 million+ is highly regarded. What You Will Need to Succeed Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction and/or trade background Proven experience in contract administration with a similar business or projects will be highly regarded. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and legislation. Effective negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
