Architectural Technologist needed to join a busy Manchester city-centre Architectural practice as they enter a project period of sustainable growth.
This company is based in central Manchester and has no other regional studios. You will have direct, unrestricted access to the owners and decision makers in the studio. There is the opportunity for fast-tracked progression to a senior level.
Our client is an established Architectural studio with a history of designing thoughtful, modern buildings across the North-West region. Their hub in Manchester city centre is home to an experienced and diverse mixture of Architects and Architectural Technicians. Their team of Directors have a wealth of knowledge and experience across a multitude of design sectors. They have established firm relationships with a list of key clients in the Manchester area and have a strong order book for the forthcoming 18-24 months and beyond. While probably better known for their Commercial-sector work, they have recently focused their business development into the growth of their Residential-sector team.
It's worth noting that several of the Senior leadership team here are from a Technician or Technologist background - There are vast opportunities for growth and development as a Technologist within this thriving business.
If you are a mid-level or Intermediate Architectural Technologist, please consult the required criteria below to assess your suitability for this role:
Relevant Degree qualification (Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar)Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience.Preferably a good mixture of Design & technical skills.REVIT knowledge would be beneficial.
