Your new roleAs an Intermediate and Senior Accountant, you will:
Drive outcomes and be responsible for engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion.Be responsible for stakeholder management and engagement.Support our senior team and have input into strategy and implementation of strategy, across all parts of the business.Provide guidance, training and counsel to junior colleagues.Work as part of a team and collaborate across our offices.Manage workflow and resource allocation to satisfy multiple stakeholder expectations.Engage with our experienced Directors and Partners to further develop your career and career goals.Business/accounting degree or equivalent.2+ years' experience in advisory, restructuring and insolvency (for the senior accountant role).An assertive communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Sound analytical and report writing skills.High self-awareness, empathy and EQ.Highly motivated, with a strong team orientation with leadership qualities.We are a values driven organisation that nurtures a culture where individuals can thrive professionally and personally.
