Intermediate Accountant (Tax & Business Services)

The Company:
Our client has been in operation for over 70 years and has cemented themselves as one of the largest accounting groups in Queensland. This group has multiple offices across Queensland and has grown their team to circa 100 staff. They service a wide variety of clients and have a strong focus on working with clients from the agriculture, construction, and professional services industries.
Due to growth, they are now seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join the Tax & Business Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of tax returns and financial statements for a variety of entities
Preparing BAS and IAS
Assisting with preparation of tax advice regarding budgeting, restructuring & tax minimization.
Maintain an ongoing awareness of market, industry, and competitor trends

About You:

Currently living in Australia
CA/CPA qualified (or willing to undertake)
Ideally 2+ years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
Professional, driven, and confident personality
